A December 2015 article in New York Daily News reported that Ray Wisniewski, D.C. filed a lawsuit against Healthy Living. He alleges that the company took his promotional video and changed all references from NutriMost to “Can’t Lose Diet”. The very same video appeared on the website cantlosediet.com and includes testimonials from Wisniewski’s clients. Healthy Living was served with a cease and desist order in September 2015, but only shortened the video. The video is no longer on the website, but NutriMost is suing for $300,000 for theft and loss of its good reputation.
The NutriMost plan uses biocommunication to remedy an imbalance within the body’s organs and hormones. Using a hand cradle called a ZYTO, a computer sends out a signal to the body via a virtual stimulus. ZYTO is able to measure changes in electrical properties of the skin. With this data, a personalized plan is crafted. The program includes ZYTO, a low-calorie, low-carbohydrate food plan, weight loss formulas, and an instruction manual that explains the science behind the program and includes recipes.
