Iran Is Set to Launch Domestic Internet

Iran’s communications and technology minister recently announced that the country has completed the first phase of its plan to introduce domestic internet. The announcement came during the inauguration ceremony for the project held on 28th August 2016.

According to the minister, the main aim of the initiative is to create affordable internet access to people featuring high-quality and high-speed connections. However, many critics are opposed to the move citing that the true aim of the project is to monitor what the citizens of the country are doing online. They termed it as a prohibitory move that robs the citizens of their right to access information.

The country has already blocked Facebook and Twitter access just like China. According to many critics, a government controlled internet would just make the situation worse. There are wide speculations that there will be severe limits to how people interact online, which could also lead to erosion of privacy and individual control.

The project, which is dubbed, National Information Network is already behind schedule by one year. The plan is divided into three phases. The first phase involves the initial launch, which has already happened. The second phase will see the domestic video services launched on the platform at the beginning of 2017 and the third phase will follow with an introduction of national and independent communication system. The whole project should be complete by March 2017.

However, the government is contradicting with the speculations terming the project as a beneficial one with an aim to create an intranet that will be used to popularize Islamic content and also increase digital knowledge among Iranians. According to Mr Vaezi, the new project will replace the internet, which is full of inappropriate content. The government seeks to limit the access of the current internet via filters. All the national events and services will be included in the domestic internet.

Mr Vaezi further added that the initiative would help the government control cyber security threats citing recent efforts to combat server DDOD attacks that were witnessed a while ago. The ministry confirmed that the citizens’ privacy will be respected throughout. However, many human rights organizations have questioned the Iranian government’s sincerity with the project fearing that there would be a breach of people’s privacy and freedom of communication.

Dr. Shiva Gopal Vasishta a Champion for Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

National Institute of Health article, Stem cell transplants may induce long-term remission of multiple sclerosis February 1, 2017, looks into efforts being made to encourage results that assist in setting a stage for larger studies. The new clinical trials showed the possibility of sustained remission of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (MS), a disease in which the immune system attacks the central nervous system. As per the tries, the cause of the illness is high-dose immunosuppressive therapy followed by transplantation of a person’s blood-forming stem cells.

There is hope as 69% of the trail participants five years after receiving the treatment showed no signs of progression of disability, MS symptoms relapse or new brain lesions. The procedure involved High-dose immunosuppressive therapy and autologous hematopoietic cell transplant (HDIT/HCT). However, participants never took any MS medication after receiving HDIT/HCT. The trails received sponsorship from National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health, and conducted by the NIAID-funded Immune Tolerance Network(link is external) (ITN).

MS symptoms include weakness, fatigue, and chronic pain and Relapsing-remitting MS is the most common MS. The experimental treatment hopes to suppress active disease and prevent further disability through removing cells that cause the disease and the immune system reset. Although the five-year study was risky, the larger findings confirm that HDIT/HCT may be a potential therapeutic option for patients with active relapsing-remitting MS. NAID support and conducted research at NIH, in the US and worldwide to better deal with the rare disease that can do more harm than good.

Among the champions of MS is Dr. Shiva Gopal Vasishta, who encourages results on Multiple Sclerosis Treatment. He has worked with other neurologist and together carried out clinical trials with the aim of finding a cure for MS.
Dr. Shiva Gopal Vasishta, MD is a practicing Neurologist in Voorhees and graduated from a Government Medical College and has been practicing for 40 years. Dr. Shiva Gopal Vasishta completed his residency at Boston City Hospital. Dr. Shiva Gopal Vasishta practices in New Jersey and is affiliated with Eastern Neurodiagnostic Associates where he practices Psychiatry.

Twitter To Pay It’s Best Users to upload Video

Twitter is working on something new in order to get people to participate more. One of the new ideas is to pay users to upload videos. The social media platform wants the same type of popularity that YouTube has. Twitter is offering a percentage of revenue for people that upload their videos. This type of revenue is a lot different from other video platforms like YouTube which offers 55% of revenue to creators with 45% to be kept to itself. Twitter is offering 70% revenue sharing to the content creator with the rest of the money being kept. This is the same type of plan that it offers Amplify video partners.

The reason this is a good idea for Twitter to offer such a generous deal to video creators. For one thing, it is not really big in the video department like Facebook and YouTube. It is also very late when it comes to video offers. Also, there have been requests by some of the highest profile stars of the network. They have wanted to split revenue so that they can gain incentive for their recognition. After all, it is the views that the high profile stars bring that bring about success to Twitter. The only thing that remains to be seen is whether or not Twitter is able to encourage enough creators to participate. For one thing, it might be too late.

Twitter is one of the most popular social media platforms. In fact, it is actually very simple to use. People will find themselves having an easy time getting followers. It is not hard to find a topic that they can comment on compared to some other platforms. There is also no limit placed on the amount of replies one could do at a time.

As of right now, Twitter is looking to attract YouTube style stars so that it can gain a piece of the pie that YouTube has a large share in. Facebook has also taken behind YouTube when it comes to videos. It is most likely that Twitter is going to become one of the other companies that allow and encourage users to shoot videos.

Scientists Make Huge Milestones in the Development of Medications for Multiple Sclerosis

Research shows that use of immunosuppressive medication and subsequent stem cell transplant can cure multiple sclerosis. Clinical trials conducted five years ago revealed that more than half of the patients treated with high-dose immunosuppressive drugs and hematopoietic cell transplantation (HDIT/HCT) did not develop multiple sclerosis or brain damage. This trial was funded and supported by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and NIH. This five-year study produced remarkable results that were published in the American Academy of Neurology Journal.

According to NIAID’s director Anthony Fauci, short-term therapy with HDIT/HCT is potent in the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS). MS symptoms include fatigue, speech difficulties, chronic pain, and weakness. These findings are important and will aid in improving the standard of care for patients with this condition. About 24 volunteers with remitting MS enrolled into the study, and they were put on HDIT/HCT therapy, which served to suppress the disease. The lead scientist on this study was Dr. Richard Nash from the Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital and the Colorado Blood Cancer Institute.

Yanni Hufnagel and His Astonishing Career in Coaching Basketball

Yanni Hufnagel a 30-year-old Jewish boy from Scarsdale, New York. As a kid, he read every book on coaching he could find, over and over while using basketball figurines to assimilate the plays described in the books.

Yanni Hufnagel went to work for his town’s public television station calling games for the local teams. His broadcast partner at that time said that you could see that Yanni would either be a coach someday or be a sports announcer.

In his first year at Cornell University, he was a basketball manager. Then he got a chance for a summer internship with the New Jersey Nets. After graduation, he got his big chance to coach as one of his Nets colleagues put him in touch with his old boss in Oklahoma, Jeff Capel. Capel had been looking for a graduate assistant coach. He flew out to Oklahoma for an interview and was offered the position.

Coach Capel recommended Yanni Hufnagel, in 2009, to the head coach at Harvard. He was hired as a volunteer assistant coach with an unpaid intern’s salary. As soon as he got the job he went on the road recruiting players as soon as he possibly could.

Yanni Hufnagel will, it seems, have his choice of jobs working as either an assistant coach at one of the traditional colleges that have a lot of basketball resources or as a head coach.

DRC Issues Prevent 4K Playback for PCs

One of the latest advancements in home entertainment is the advent of 4K. 4k is the highest quality of entertainment. The colors are more accurate, and the details are easier to discern. However, there is a problem for PC users. The files that the PC displays are not 4K. However, the online video services do support 4K Ultra HD playback. However, the service has not been extended to the PC. Therefore, people who use the PC for home theater are still stuck with the lower HD quality images until the necessary advancements are made which enables people to experience the detail that comes with 4K UHD. However, the cheaper streaming boxes offer 4K resolution streaming.

There is also something else at play. This is copy protection. Hollywood is trying to keep 4K on lock. Even with the new content coming to the PC, it is very possible that there is a need for new hardware in order to experience the difference. Hollywood’s eagerness to protect its products is always going to factor in on issues like this. Of course it is to be expected that 4K will eventually be released for PC users to enjoy. It just takes a while for all forms of media to catch on.

When it comes to piracy, this is always a concern for Hollywood. There has always been bootlegs throughout the eras of entertainment. One thing that the industry is concerned about is the possibility that the studios could hook up to a video capture device so that they can get DRM-free copies of content at the highest quality. For people that are able to get analog captures of 4K, they will be able to put together content that has very high picture quality. There is also the high bandwidth that allows for many copies and files of high definition video. As of right now, they are trying to prevent 4K from being easily streamed and leaked. However, as 4K catches on, people may be a little more relaxed about 4K.

Apple Says Either Taxes Or Jobs To The EU

Apple has made a statement towards the EU that stood against the tax arrangements. Apple has told the EU that they could either have taxes or jobs. Apple is not going to give them both. This came after Apple learned that the EU is expecting 13 billion euros from Apple in back taxes. Apple’s response is that paying that kind of money is going to be very harmful to the prospects of job development in Europe. While it is not meant as a threat, it will be seen as one by the politicians in the EU. After all, they are trying to get new companies into their country.

Back in the beginning of the 90s, Apple has made a deal Ireland that it would pay some low taxes if the operations were based in Ireland for Europe. Thousands of jobs have been created in Ireland for the 25 years that it has lasted. 2015 saw a total of 5,000 employees. There were plans for up to 1,000 more jobs when they were hit with the dilemma. As of right now, there is a plan to open a new site in Athenry. This would result in as much as 200 jobs for people in the country.

When Apple has made its statement to the EU about taxes or jobs, it was in fact honoring the original agreement about low taxes and jobs. Also, the taxes actually make it harder to hire people since jobs cost money. It is definitely not a threat, it is a limitation that they see in their budget. As of right now, Apple pays the largest amount of taxes in Ireland. Therefore, it can make the negotiations needed so that it can get what it asks for. Also, these arrangements were agreed to over and over by the Irish Government. Therefore, it is only expected that they will honor the agreement. This is actually a very sound move for companies. If they are taxed, they are not as able to offer jobs.

Google Fiber Putting Further Thought Into It’s High Speed Internet Business

Google Fiber has reached a point in its business of high speed internet has hit an obstacle. There is now a lot of consideration being made on the services of high speed internet connections in cities like Chicago and Los Angeles. Among the things that they are considering for their customers is going wireless. This is when they realized that the underground fiber-optic cables are not catching on to the customers like they hoped it would. Their plans for fiber optic connections have turned out to provide a lot more difficulty for the company than they deem it worth.

Among the issues they have faced was that it is a lot of work to dig up the streets for laying down thousands of miles worth of cables throughout the city. This has also proven to be very costly. Therefore, Google is cutting their losses with this initiative in favor of the more efficient and cost effective wireless initiative. For one thing, Google Fiber has encountered quite a few obstacles in the communications industry. This is to be expected since Google is primarily a software company. Going into the communications sector is going to be really challenging for a company like Google.

As of right now, the plans to bring the fiber-optic services to other cities like Palo Alto are being put on the back burner. They are going to take six months away from the project in order to figure out what it is they can do that is cost effective. Otherwise, Google will still provide exceptional and innovative services to people. Given that Google has always been a software company that has come with really effective solutions, they will figure out something that works very well for them, and their customers. The wireless service does seem like a great solution to go with because it is a much easier alternative. They will be able to reach more cities and connect more people with a more effective solution.

Do People Understand Kabbalah?

Since there have been many who have tried to learn Kabbalah, I have also sought to explain Kabbalah for writers without the proper knowledge to understand. It is important to know what you write about so as not to give information that is not true and compromise the truth. First, Kabbalah originated from Babylon in ancient times. What people may not know is that Kabbalah is a Science that existed many years ago. The reason why it was known by many is that it is a science and wisdom that takes the time to learn. It had not been disclosed for many years until Rav Yehuda decided to make it modern.

Kabbalah Centre came to the world again four hundred years ago even after many great people tried to explain this inherent wisdom that has many benefits to those who study it. Kabbalah was not known by many, and it is the knowledge that existed with only a few teachers. Because of this, many scientists became attracted and studied hard to understand Kabbalah but to no avail. What they did not know is that Kabbalah can only be taught by those who have grasped the wisdom and not by virtual studying. For example, people like Isaac Newton tried to study and understand but they could not. Others such as Pico Della Mirandola and Leibniz also struggled to understand the knowledge of Kabbalah but never succeeded.

There are many advantages for people of today because the knowledge is now widespread. There are now different ways of understanding Kabbalah, and a lot of information is everywhere. All you should do is to be careful to avoid being fed with information that is not true. Some people fail to understand things, but they end up giving false information. Remember that is not easy to comprehend the knowledge of universe because you have never experienced. That is why you get different people having beliefs about Kabbalah. There are those who associated it with things like curse, miracles, spells and other evil things but that are just because they do not understand what it takes to understand this eternal wisdom that existed millions of years ago.

Omar Boraie Chair in Genomic Science Created With $3 Million Endowment At Rutgers

The Omar Boraie Chair in Genomic Science has recently been established at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. This new medical chair has been developed as part of the “18 Chair Challenge” campaign. The campaign seeks to create 18 new chairs with an anonymous donor providing a $1.5 million match to a private donor in order to create the chair.

Omar Boraie is the private donor ponying up $1.5 million. Rutgers University‘s own anonymous donor is matching that donation with $1.5 million to create a $3 million endowment.

The Omar Boraie Chair in Genomic Science seeks to use genomic science to create precision medicine in attacking cancer. By using genomic information about a particular cancer, the scientists at Rutgers can create individualized cancer treatments. This groundbreaking work is critical for those with cancers that have been unresponsive to conventional treatments. See,

The Omar Boraie Chair in Genomic Science is the first group of medical professionals in the country to use genomic sequencing to improve patient care. Those with cancers that are particularly difficult to treat and those with poor prognosis can come to Rutgers University in order to receive treatment tailored to their particular situation.

Omar Boraie is incredibly optimistic about the new chair at the Rutgers Cancer Institute. He hopes that his $1.5 million contribution will encourage others to contribute to the cause. He points at the anonymous donor that matched his $1.5 million contribution as his own inspiration. Mr Boraie says that just as the anonymous donor inspired him to give, he hopes that his public contribution will inspire more to come forward.

Omar Boraie is an integral part of the New Brunswick community. He has long been a part of the development of the area as a “healthcare city” in New Jersey. It is fitting that Omar Boraie have his name on this chair.

The Rutgers Cancer Institute understands that cancer is not a single disease. Instead, cancer is a collection of many diseases with unique features and outcomes. Each cancer must be studied and treated on its own merits. This is exactly what genomic sequencing does for cancer research. Instead of classifying a cancer due to its origin in a singular organ, genomic analysis allows scientists further classification of the disease. The existence of the Omar Boraie Chair in Genomic Science at the Rutgers Cancer Institute will further our understanding of this devastating disease in hopes for a cure down the road.
