Steve Ritchie is Getting Papa John’s Back on Track

Over the course of the last few weeks, the pizza chain Papa John’s has been the subject of some intense criticism. In order to put the past behind them and to move the pizza chain forward, the new CEO of Papa John’s has issued a letter of apology to customers, and he has unveiled a plan to make Papa John’s more responsive to the needs of the community.

Steve Ritchie is the new CEO of Papa John’s. He has been with the company in a variety of different capacities for the past 22 years. When Mr. Ritchie took the reins of Papa John’s, he knew that he had to take quick action in order to get the firm back in the good graces of the pizza buying public.

One of ways that Steve Ritchie utilized to address the criticisms against Papa John’s was to issue a general letter of apology. Mr. Ritchie began his apology letter by stating that the past few weeks have been hard on everyone who is involved with Papa John’s.

He went on to say that no form of racism or intolerance would be tolerated among Papa John’s employees. This applies to employees at every level of the organization from those who work in the individual stores all the way up to the CEO of the company.

Steve Ritchie recognizes that there are some things that may need to change at Papa John’s, so he is being proactive in implementing a plan to help the company in the future. A group of outside auditors are being paid to examine the Papa John’s culture in order to determine if any changes need to be made in the company’s inclusion and diversity policies.

Steve Ritchie Papa Johns is going to personally lead the efforts to win back the loyalty of the Papa John’s customer. He will be listening to the customer, and implementing needed changes.
