Bruno Fagali is a lawyer in the São Paulo area of Brazil and operates his own law firm, Fagali Law. He has specialized in compliance, public law, anti-corruption, and election issues in his career and has been involved in some big compliance cases. Bruno Fagali received his Masters in State Law, Administrative Law, and Anticorruption from the University of São Paulo.
Bruno Fagali started out his law career as an intern at the law firm Office Model Dom Paulo Evaristo Arns. While there he worked on civil procedural law cases involving matters such as domestic violence and family law. In the next three years he went on to intern at two more law firm; Manesco, Ramires, Perez, Azevedo Marques, Law Firm and also at Tojal, Teixeira Ferreira, Serrano & Renault Associate Lawyers. These two internships he worked again in public advisory law but expanded his knowledge in regulatory law, bidding, and administrative contracts.
In 2012 Bruno Fagali got his first position as a Lawyer with Radi, Calil e Associados Law. While working there for two years he did administrative appeals and contracts, public civil action, and other areas of Public Law as well as litigating the cases before Courts of Account and Public Prosecutors.
Spotting a new opportunity related to his Masters, Bruno Fagali became a Corporate Integrity Manager for the advertising agency Nova/sb. Nova/sb is a new company that is pro-ethics and has already won an award for their use of best practices in fighting corruption. It is his job to design, implement and manage the company’s Corporate Integrity Program. Implementing this program means that he travels back and forth between São Paulo and Rio de Janiero training teams to compliance with it. In addition to this Bruno Fagali opened his own law firm, as mentioned, in 2016.
